I'm Sarah, a Keller Williams Luxury agent on South Padre Island — an island girl long before I was a REALTOR®. My family has owned two surf shops here for almost 20 years, and I grew up behind that counter learning what real customer service looks like: showing up, listening, and taking care of people like they're your neighbors, because here, they usually are.
Some of that came from an unexpected place. Through our local Surfrider Foundation chapter, I help teach kids to surf every year at International Surf Day and our special needs surf clinic. Teaching a nervous kid to catch their first wave takes real patience, and their trust has to be earned, one small step at a time. Some of those kids still come find me on the beach years later, just to say hi — and that's exactly the kind of relationship I want with my clients too.
My clients want more than a vacation spot — they want a piece of the island that's genuinely theirs, while also thinking like investors about rental potential and long-term value. I help them find both. But more than that, I want to be someone you can call years down the road — to ask a question, talk through a decision, or just say hello. Not a transaction that ends at closing, but a relationship that's still there whenever you need it.
I also serve on the city's Shoreline Task Force because this community isn't just where I do business — it's where I've watched people grow and change over the years, and I want a hand in shaping what it becomes.
Water baby at heart, local girl for life — this island isn't just where I sell homes. It's where I'm from, and where I'm invested, in every sense of the word.
